Slow internet Connection

I have been experiencing slow internet down-time for the past week and it seems like it's getting worse by the day.

From what I noticed, the internet is particularly slow when night fall. During the day it's slow but it isn't that bad. At night, it's really a nightmare I would say just to open my Yahoo inbox to read my emails. What more if I am downloading some small files? Even worse... speed as slow as 656bytes/sec...

What is wrong with the internet connection in Malaysia or is it what is wrong with the global internet services??
