I notice this few days my network service provider on my mobile phone is deteriorating and it's really bad from day to day.
Of course who am I talking about? It's Maxis... Last night I've been experiencing very late delivery of SMS-es and late as in 2-4 hours till the message gets delivered.
Today it's gotten even worst, most of my SMS-es didn't go through at all during the day and partly when nightfall came. To make matters worse, I couldn't even call out the whole morning until later this afternoon around 3pm.
What's worst is that the service soooooooooooooooooooo bad, till I can't even check my credit balance...
What are the Maxis CS people doing? I've been reporting my issues about late delivery of messages and messages not sent out at all and still nothing has been done it seems? Are just taking down reports and then that's it?
My Maxis line is much worse than a girl having PMS... GOSH!!!
